We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sorting out the customer service-related product requirements in the supply chain & logistics domain and analyzing the product capabilities of products, studying and abstracting the business requirements of different countries, disassembling and converting them into standard product solutions that match business development;

2. Responsible for analyzing and insight into customer complaint issues related to the supply chain and logistics, establishing reasonable data indicators, identifying logistics experience anomalies and analyzing the root causes of problems, and analyzing the optimization points of each product domain for problems.

3. Responsible for the product scheme design and continuous iteration of logistics customer service and service experience related projects, including logistics tickets, intelligent customer service tools, customer service workbench, compensation bills, etc. Participate in the entire process of product planning, requirement definition, development, testing and launch, and be responsible for the final landing effect of the product.

4. Collaborate with upstream and downstream and partners, reach consensus goals and priorities with relevant partners, design effective project management and request management strategies, identify risks in a timely manner, promote collaborative efficiency improvement and project landing.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of systematic warehouse product planning and functional design experience.

2. Have a good understanding of e-commerce warehouse management, cross-border logistics and other related domains.

3. With excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

4. Cross region and cross culture work experience is preferred.
