About the Team

The User Operations team at TikTok Korea plays a pivotal role as the think-tank department responsible for upholding content quality on our platform and nurturing relationships with various creators and the TikTok community. This team is dedicated to fostering our rapidly expanding short video community through innovative partnerships with various media, trendsetting, and maintaining a strong presence.

We are seeking a and creative individual to join our team as a Creator Operations Specialist - Outsourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing key project support and program management assistance to our various creator programs. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, managing creator profiles, facilitating communication with creators, and ensuring the success of various projects and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize trend data from TikTok to create monthly newsletters tailored to the needs of creators.
  • Develop a standardized newsletter format to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Develop PowerPoint profiles for selected creators during the designated period.
  • Engage with creators through web messages to provide support and guidance.
  • Review content created by creators for advertisement collaboration, ensuring alignment with client requests.
  • Facilitate communication between creators and clients, incorporating client feedback to enhance collaboration.
  • Conduct daily review accounts to assess eligibility for participation in creator projects
  • Manage the onboarding process for new projects, including tracking progress, content uploads, customer service inquiries, and participation in training sessions.
  • Communicate with internal teams and designers to coordinate the design of H5 pages for program promotion.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with TikTok trends and content creation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in social media marketing or content creation preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to operate graphic design applications.
