As a Sourcing & Capacity Development Specialist, you are responsible to ensure sustainable Supplier Life Cycle Management to reduce risks, improve long term performance and drive supplier value. You maintain good knowledge and close cooperation with H&M’s products, materials and processing suppliers/units and continuously update and secure materials and products. You search and develop new material suppliers to localize fabrics and new product suppliers to meet H&M Group sourcing need. You are responsible to secure traceable units with long term sustainable capacity source (product and raw material suppliers) for our customer groups aligning with the Group’s ambition towards a Fair, Circular, Climate Neutral & Traceable supply chain. You carefully evaluate our existing business partners portfolio to optimize sourcing needs and align with our H&M Group brands to facilitate onboarding of new suppliers. By securing the due diligence, you drive & facilitate regional Sourcing and capability development roadmap and ensure a diverse supplier portfolio. You are responsible to secure the capacity registration method follow up, documentation, certification & Licenses registration. You actively take part in creating one team feeling and positive work environment through sharing best practices within the team.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role you must be equipped in measuring the capacity & capability of supplier. You optimize your project management skills to effectively coordinate different working groups engaged in specific program activities. You are a self-starter who independently find best possible solution for every challenge and overcome them with efficient collaboration. You also need to have strong analytical abilities for anticipating potential challenges. In all that you do, stakeholder management is at the forefront of your mind as you continuously engage with them to achieve efficiency goals.
This is a fulltime position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, apply by sending in your CV in English as soon as possible.
