Title/Role: Senior Test Engineer

• Collaborate with leading system integrators and cloud providers in a variety of delivery models to define, standardize and mature product delivery life cycle

About the role

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, develop test plans, and provide testing estimates.
2. Create and execute test cases, both manual and automated, to verify software functionality, identify defects, and ensure they are resolved.
3. Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing as required.
4. Maintain and update test cases, test data, and test environments to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
5. Identify and report software defects with clear documentation and work with development teams to resolve issues.
6. Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium.
7. Participate in test planning, test design, and test strategy discussions.
8. Contribute to the improvement of quality assurance processes and best practices within the organization.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
10. Support senior QA team members and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

3-8 years of experience in quality assurance and testing. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products and contribute to the success of our projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-8 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and the ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts is a plus.
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex software systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications are a plus.
