Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for a Technology Project Manager Automation & RPA to join our team of project and program management professionals. As a member of the Automation & RPA Delivery Team, you will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to initiate discovery workshops, process mapping with business stakeholders and ultimately assist with the execution of robotics solutions. We need someone who has knowledge with RPA solutions (preferably with Automation Anywhere) is detail-oriented, superior ability to communicate, excellent at team motivation & accountability, and committed to delivering on time, with a high-quality bar.

Your Impact

• You lead complex projects that could span across multiple cross functional teams responsible for building frictionless digital and physical experiences. 
• You direct activities across cross-functional teams (Digital Product, UX Design, Retail Technology, Engineering, Product & Supply Chain Applications, QA, etc.), and proactively identify and manage dependencies across them.
• You inspire teamwork without direct reporting authority and focus your energies on the health of your product development team.
• You bridge gaps between the Product Owner and the Development team, partnering with Product to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for development.
• You conduct Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews and Demos.
• You coordinate keeping project artifacts up to date in UA business systems like Sharepoint, Smartsheet, Service Now, Confluence and JIRA and are responsible for creating project monitoring tools like weekly status reports, project health dashboards and risk and decision logs to avoid project pitfalls. 
• You escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to remove barriers to project execution.
• You are the liaison to teammates outside the core product development team, such as Omni Channel, Loyalty, Enterprise Data Management, Cyber Security and Legal teams, and help them interact with your team. 
• You innovate with the wider Business teams to create a strategy for programs & projects to ship more effectively.
• Reports status on project commitments and team objectives to all levels of the organization, catering your message for each audience.
• Assist in advancing Global RPA Center of Excellence to drive governance & process improvements. 
• Design & implement automation processes and/or assist with implementation of more complex attended & unattended bots

Qualifications

• Knowledge of waterfall, agile principles, scrum and scaled agile methodologies.
• Experience with or an awareness of an automation product Automation Anywhere is a major advantage.
• Coordinate with third party vendors and remote teams so your team can deliver against commitments.
• Knows the difference between process that adds value vs. process that impedes teams.
• Appreciates attention to detail and what it takes to build a project plan.
• 2-5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team environment with a track record of being a part of software projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor or Master, preferably in Technology Management or IT
• Experience delivering consumer software products – either as a sr. business analyst, software developer or project manager.
• Experience coordinating software releases across multiple teams, including external groups like customer support and marketing teams.

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
