Salary: $18.50/hr

Hours: 2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm. $40 weekly perfect attendance bonus

3rd: Sunday start at 10pm-630am

Dress code: Jeans, t-shirt, nothing offensive, rips, holes, or tears

Job Description: 

It will not be Material Handling in the beginning due to the facility recently opening. Material Handling training will hopefully start in January.

SUMMARY

Perform duties outlined below in addition to assisting functional areas when available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform general processes, including picking parts, receiving parts, packing parts, and putting parts in storage locations.

2. Adhere to general safety requirements.

3. Operations of equipment including fork trucks, picker trucks, and reach trucks.

4. Other duties as assigned by the Executives of Aurora.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Although the individual is required to have the ability to communicate and work effectively with various departments in a team like manner.

Oral Communication- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations. Listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions.

Judgment- Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Makes timely decisions.

Professionalism- Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.

Dependability- Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Commits to additional hours of work when necessary to reach goals.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Familiar with industry part numbers and warehouse processes.

3. PC and basic computer knowledge.

4. Attention to detail and task completion.

5. High School Diploma or equivalent.

6. Material handler, reach truck, cherry picker
