Service by Shopee (SBS) refers to the comprehensive suite of offerings provided by Shopee, an e-commerce platform, to enhance the experience for both sellers and buyers. Other than that it aims to empower sellers to effectively manage their online businesses and provide buyers with a seamless shopping experience, ultimately fostering trust, loyalty, and growth within the Shopee ecosystem.

Job Description:

  • Led and mentored a team of Inventory Planning, Procurement, and Product & Project management
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze data, market trends, and demand forecasts for optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs
  • Manage the forecasting and planning processes to ensure accurate, timely delivery of goods and optimizing warehouse space utilization.
  • Manage the team's performance monitor and evaluate supplier performance, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, inbound performance, and cash flow.
  • Generate regular reports to communicate insights, trends, and performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of inventory and cash flow strategies.
  • Analyze cash flow within the supply chain, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow.
  • Oversee the development and implement comprehensive inventory management strategies to align with business goals and commercial plans
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve cash flow through product improvement and project management perspectives
  • Lead efforts to enhance the procurement portal, improving usability, functionality, and integration with other supply chain systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations management, or supply chain management 
  • Experience working in Retail, merchandising or e-commerce business is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using inventory and procurement management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and evolving trends in supply chain management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint (proficiency in SQL, Data Visualization tools is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai
  • Ownership spirit, self-motivation, strong analytical, detail oriented and good interpersonal skills
