The Custom developed Web Portals provide the interface for both Customers and Internal teams to the Digital Bank services, these website applications and services have been built using PHP and the Laraval framework.
In this context the successful candidate will:
Oversee and assist in the resolution of production incidents.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software components and features.
Support and maintain the existing Portal code.
Work as part of a project team on larger projects, developing new features
Programming and implementing system designs.
Engaging with clients and other stakeholders.
PHP Unit testing and Code review
Collaborate with other developers, designers, testers, and project managers using agile methodologies and tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.
Write technical documentation and testing scripts
Apply working procedures, methodologies and tools according to ITIL best practices and internal procedures.
Comply with Information security best practices and guidelines.
Participate in the elaboration and maintenance of the knowledge base of product.
Skills Required
3+ years’ work experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
3+ years’ work experience with Laravel.
3+ years' My SQL / Maria DB
Excellent command of English and communication is of critical importance
Working Knowledge of Atlassian Software.
Experience with GIT
Experience with Unit test development
Fluent communication skills in English – both written and verbally
Skills Desirable
Degree/Diploma in Development or technical field
Knowledge/experience working within a regulated Banking environment.
