Performs testing, monitoring and oversight processes and programs independent of the Business Line. Testing can consist of transactional level sampling and/or total population reviews and may include the review of compliance with Company policies, standards and procedures, data quality and internal controls. The Originations testing program covers all loan applications which are canceled, denied, withdrawn, originated, warehouse funder, or purchased residential mortgage loans. The Servicing testing program covers all servicing related activities. This includes all functional areas within both Performing and Default Servicing (i.e. Customer Service, Escrow, Bankruptcy, and Foreclosure). The testing includes operational compliance and controls related to regulatory and Investor requirements in addition to operational risk points.
