Bachelor’s in Engineering with 6 - 10 Years of experience 

Experience in driving Lean processes six sigma and training in bearing or automobile or auto component manufacturing industry.

Qualification – B Tech in any stream but experience in Lean six sigma and Training.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of overall training process in the organization.
• Facilitate Lean activities.
• Facilitate 5S system and drive for excellent result
• Facilitate or support continuous improvement activities in factory.
• Drive and facilitate Six Sigma methodologies application in a structure way.
• Hands on experience in audits from training perspective.
