Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS procedures
- Liase and approve 3-party contractor EHS file with proper supervision and monitoring
- Develop and Implement safety and health programs in compliance with local Zimbabwe OSH Regulations
- Create and Implement Emergency Response Plans and conduct mock drills to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct risk assessment to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to eliminate or mitigate risks
- Conduct site induction and training programs
- Develop and monitor safety and health programs to ensure compliance with company and legal regulations
- Report and record incidents with root cause analysis and fault findings with proper reporting and recommendations

- Confident, organized, self-starting personality with the ability to understand and communicate a wide range of business development and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to maintain an objective, rational perspective while providing a logical, pragmatic and factual approach to problem solving.

Software proficiency:

Educational Qualification:
Bachelors in Occupational, Health & Safety or equivalent certification

Travel Requirement: >50%
