Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
  3. Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies that align with the company’s overarching business goals.
  4. Bring a strategic mindset to the table, analyzing market dynamics and guiding the team to seize new opportunities.
  5. Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the category landscape.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  8. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the regional leadership team.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within the FMCG industry.
  2. Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and trends.
  3. Retail and Shopper marketing experience
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales short term and long term strategies.
  5. Strong Leadership with collaborative , proactive , analytical, execution first, pursue possibility
  6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  9. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  10. Young potential with maturity
