Job Description

• Strengthening the company's presence in the political arena in Berlin and Brussels through implementation and further development of political and communication strategies
• Represent Scalable at events and vis-a-vis political stakeholders
• Observation and evaluation of relevant political dossiers and consistent stakeholder management
• Organization and execution of conversation formats with political decision-makers
• Liaise with management, regulatory affairs, legal and communications functions on public affairs initiatives
• Management of individual memberships in associations
• Development and formulation of political and economic positions
• Writing statements, opinions, and positions
• Organization and execution of event formats targeted towards politics

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Public Affairs or Public Relations, preferably in finance topics, ideally with political decision-makers/ministries/associations or in an agency or company
• High level of personal responsibility and self-motivation
• Confident, persuasive, and friendly demeanor
• Strong political network
• Experience in dealing with representatives from politics
• Excellent verbally and editorial skills in German and English
