Your Tasks:
- Being responsible for the purchasing commodity Building Projects and leading a team of commodity buyers for Region EMEA.
- Support Global Commodity Manager KPI’s including Cost Savings, both EBIT and non-EBIT, improving overall payment terms and driving spend in the region.
- Act as a liaison between team members, internal stakeholders, projects, suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Actively drive the development of global commodity strategy and lead regional implementation.
- Responsible of cost structure methods and target setting in coordination with global commodity manager.
- Leadership of projects from the commodity group (negotiation strategies, target values, real estate market analysis, supplier management, volume bundling, etc.)
- Negotiate Lease Contracts / Lease Renewals
- Negotiate international contracts independently – establish global supplier relationships and negotiate conditions independently.
- Support Sourcing Decisions in alignment with the Global Commodity Manager
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Purchasing or Commercial Real Estate
- Leadership Experience
- Experience with construction and/or lease contracts is desired
- Experience negotiating with Suppliers and managing the supply base
- Demonstrated performance in working cross-functionally
- Business fluent English skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Package (incl. MS Teams, SharePoint), experience with SAP

Monthly wage from 3 313 € (including basic wage component *, and bonuses). The salary depends on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
