About this opportunity 

The Analyst will be responsible for providing analytic support for the AMS Sales/Marketing team. This position will provide accurate and timely reports as well as proactive insights and recommendations to help drive Align Technologies business.

In this role, you will… 

  • Analyse data from all dimensions and share valuable insights with good data story telling and presentation skills.
  • Support data-driven decision making within organization.
  • Formulate Target with
  • Direct experience with experimentation design and A/B test measurement
  • Connect to stakeholders to ideate, validate, and build analytical solution.
  • Search and create datasets to support analytical solution.
  • Develop and implement key performance metrics that help identify business opportunities and measure Sales and Marketing operations performance.
  • Participate in quarterly close process and preparation of reporting package for sales and marketing.
  • Need to work from office 3 days a week (Tue to Thu) and rest working days from remote location.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for assigned departments on an as needed basis. 

In this role, you’ll need … 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-6 Years experience in Analytics Project.
  • 2-3 relevant experience to plan independently and execute repeatable data analyses recommend actionable strategy for a variety of industries.
  • Having portfolio on Kaggle, Git hub and competitions is value add.
  • Worked on descriptive statistics, time series, regression, clustering and classification problems.
  • Ability to work alone and directly with business partners.
  • Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop and maintain business relationships with various team members across the organization. Strong cross-functional skills with IT/BI teams required.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Ability to work with some or minimal direction and supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or analytical field is preferred.
  • Strong database query and data manipulation skills are required (SQL, MS Excel, etc...)
