The Product team at Klaviyo is continuously looking for ways to build and deliver the best possible product for our customers. We’re looking for Group Product Managers to join our rapidly growing team with expertise in solving problems with a customer-first mindset and bringing new products to market. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to guide product development from concept to launch. These Group Product Managers will develop a team of product managers, in addition to providing leadership over a group-level functional domain.

We are seeking a new Group Product Manager to lead the Klaviyo Operations (K-Ops) group at Klaviyo. Klaviyo Operations is a group of R&D teams that supports the needs of our Go To Market partners. This role solves for multiple customer personas, including internal Klaviyos via internal tools, and external customers through customer-facing features and experiences. K-Ops partners with Customer Experience, our Help Center and Academy teams, Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Set a vision for how the Klaviyo Operations product area can best serve Klaviyo’s Go To Market needs.
  • Working with stakeholders, drive the strategy and incremental roadmap for the K-Ops product area.
  • Understand Klaviyo’s customers—internal and external—so that you and your teams can create a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Dive deep into problems, sweat the details, and help your teams break things down into small, digestible pieces—and put them back together elegantly—to deliver exceptional products through incremental, agile methods
  • Be exceptionally articulate in written communication, using written words to drive clarity across your teams, the product organization, and the entire company.
  • Find ways to accelerate your teams, pushing them forward while removing blockers, mentoring, and being a go-to resource for across the product organization. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead multiple product teams that deliver on Klaviyo’s GTM vision, serving both internal and external customers, executing efficiently and effectively 
  • Drive the strategy and product roadmap across multiple K-Ops teams
  • Work cross-functionally with other R&D leaders, Marketing, Sales, and Success to ensure that we are ready to exceed the needs of our current and future customers
  • Mentor a team of exceptional product managers at different stages in their careers
  • Collaborate with engineering and design peers to improve processes and ensure high quality work product within the K-Ops pillar

Your First 90 Days

In your first 30 days, you will get acclimated to Klaviyo and our product:

  • During the first two weeks, you will be immersed in an onboarding program that introduces you to the company and the product.
  • Introduce yourself to everyone you will need to know in order to be successful in your role.
  • Become deeply embedded into your teams, understanding what they are working on and helping them drive value for Klaviyo’s customers.

In your first 60 days, you will become a valuable member of the team:

  • Take ownership of the K-Ops area of the product, and become the go-to expert.
  • Have a quick impact by powering your teams to deliver on their roadmaps.

In your first 90 days, you will continue to increase your influence:

  • Start to formulate the strategy and roadmap for the broader K-Ops area.
  • Start contributing to knowledge sharing with the larger product team. We value learning and growth very highly.

Who You Are:

  • A minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing product managers
  • Experience shipping B2B SaaS products
  • Have a track record of shipping successful products in support of self-service customers; products may have had a GTM focus
  • Solid communication skills in both verbal and written, able to tailor communication approach based on audience needs.
  • Are passionate about Product as a craft, and love building amazing B2B SaaS products
  • Strong leadership abilities and is able to resolve complex issues and deliver results in a fast-paced high growth company.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:

$212,000—$318,000 USD
