bioMérieux Pharma Quality Control is expanding its offer to the vaccine industry with a new multiplexed assay technology and analytical services provided by a US based company, InDeVR.

The mission of the EMEA Sales Specialist for InDeVR Solutions is twofold :

With the InDeVR initiative team :

  • develop sales of the InDeVR VaxArray Platform (equipment, reagents, services) to pharmaceutical and biotech companies in Europe in line with the objectives set jointly by bioMerieux and InDeVR,
  • be the Voice of Customer internally 

Responsabilities include :

  • deliver on quantitative (sales budget) and qualitative (projects milestones, network expansion) targets and generate profitable growth.
  • build a solid 3 year pipeline based on account management and customer acquisition
  • proactively assess, clarify, validate and quantify customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • collaborate with global marketing and customer support resources within the InDeVR initiative team as well as with Strategic Accounts Managers, regional and local sales when necessary to achieve the targets
  • ensure proper customer knowledge and activities tracking by maintaining customer records in accordance with company guidelines and tools, in particular CRM and account management tools
  • organize regular business reviews with management / InDeVR and other internal stakeholders
  • perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards

Who are you ?

  • Msc degree
  • Sales methodologies (SPIN...)
  • 5 to 10 years of sales in the life science industry or pharma R&D
  • Good understanding of the vaccine industry value chain
  • Knowledge of immuno assays and molecular technology
  • Strong interpersonal relationships skills aiming at creating long term relations based on trust at mutiple levels of the customers' organization
  • Fluent english
  • Existing network in biotechs, CROs and pharma companies with a vaccine activity is a plus
