We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role of Human Resources Generalist. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of HR tasks including new employee onboarding, administration and monitoring of benefits and leaves of absence. training and development efforts, and supporting the establishment of employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate HR compliance efforts including leaves of absence, federal and multi-state reporting, and benefits notifications
  • Assist with the new employee onboarding process
  • Work internally and liaise with outside partners (benefits brokers, HRIS/Payroll company, etc.) to support and manage day-to day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, employee relations, and compensation
  • Support HR reporting using metrics in Paylocity, Greenhouse ATS, etc
  • Assist with HR projects including career pathing, launching a learning and development program, and DE&I initiatives
  • Stay up to date with changing local, state and federal requirements to ensure all policies and practices remain current
  • Take on or assist with other HR projects as needed

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field
  • 3-5 years’ Human Resources experience
  • Experience with employee learning and development programs
  • Familiarity with Paylocity preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation

$65,000—$85,000 USD

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
