Role Responsibilities

Responsible for building and profitably growing the business in line with the organization's sales and distribution strategy by identifying the opportunities and maintaining relationship with business partners for smooth execution in the marketplace.

Achieve monthly sales targets (volume / value: GSV) and distribution of mandated assortment at the point of sales.

  • Execute the 6Ps strategies at the stores aligned with customer marketing and execution excellence guidelines.
  • Be the face of Beam Suntory with our customers delivering outstanding customer service and business solutions.
  • Respond to the customer’s queries and complaints providing timely solutions.
  • Be responsible for all paperwork and signatures to ensure effective sales processes.
  • Consolidate all customers’ claims and timely submission to the company.
  • Visit the customers following the service norm defined for the territory.
  • Keep updated the POS information by uploading the required information in the “sales force” software in a timely manner.
  • Train customer employees on our brands to build product knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Sales manager to ensure continued engagement and development of key customers.
  • Implement a safe, positive, and achievement-oriented working environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/MBA
  • 1-3 years of experience in managing Key Account Customers preferably in Alcobev industry.
