Position summary:
This position aims to build solid mid-long growth strategy with focus on market-beating growth as well as profitability enhancement, including product launches, pricing and channel strategy.
Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)
- Build 5-year strategic plans and annual marketing plans
- Effective communication with sales for successful delivery of marketing plans
- Manage product life cycle including key products launches
- Reinforce Stryker branding and reinforce engagement with KOLs
- Build channel and pricing strategy to maximize sales potential for Shoulder product portfolio
- Develop value-added MedEd programs
- Market analysis and data management to understand market dynamics and capture core insight
- Write and communicate key documents incl. business reviews and regular reports
- Budget management: NA, CER, and samples etc.
Education & special trainings:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- English communication skill required
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Qualifications & experience:
- Min. 10 years experience in marketing and sales required
- Experience in healthcare industry required
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Native level of Korean, too
