How You'll Create Impact

  • Ensure integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering transactions
  • Prepare and support month-end close including data gathering, analysis, journals, reporting and account reconciliations
  • Assist with the day-to-day activities of AP, AR and Procurement
  • Daily cash management
  • Ensure accurate inventory valuation (Average Costing is used in local ERP)
  • Assist with periodic inventories/cycle counts
  • Assist with fixed assets and depreciation schedule
  • Assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with Demand Planning, Sales and Marketing and other departments
  • Support compliance and policy integration/initiatives
  • Documenting new policies and procedures, and contribute to further improve internal controls
  • Assist in identifying potential process improvements
  • May perform other financial or special projects/analysis as required by business needs(Department P&L reviews with leaders, Order office supplies, assist with vendor returns in local ERP, etc.)

The Americas GBS RTR Senior Accountant has responsibility for performing various reporting and accounting duties including assisting in month end close process and providing general accounting support.

Your Background

  • English proficiency required (C1).
  • Bachelor’s Degree required and 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
  • Must have a working knowledge of US GAAP and other regional and global accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, IASB).
