Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Creative Project Manager to support our Sales and Marketing Creative Teams. Reporting to our Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the end-to-end execution of creative projects and requests. This individual takes the initiative to increase the planning horizon of projects while looking for ways to help the team work efficiently and collaboratively. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Define, plan, and facilitate the execution of Sales and Marketing creative requests. 
  • Intake and create project plans, roadmaps, and timelines for all requests.
  • Work with project requestor and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are documented and scoped before the project is accepted and creative work begins.
  • Facilitate the prioritization and project planning process. 
  • Schedule and lead kickoffs with project stakeholders and the creative team 
  • Run down and remove any roadblocks impeding execution 
  • Empower team members to produce their best work, help manage scope, and identify change requests 
  • Own review cycle of requests 
  • Perform project retrospectives 
  • Lead and direct projects with cross-functional teams including: Sales, Creative, Brand Marketing, Organic Social, and Customer Marketing. 
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with in-house clients and project stakeholders. 
  • Maintain clear and thorough communication with stakeholders and creative resources.
  • Provide leadership with frequent updates on project execution/delivery, and resource management.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment. 
  • A clear understanding of how to prioritize work and competing requests. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. 
  • Proven track record of project delivery and excellent follow-through. 
  • Solid knowledge of project management software tools like Asana and/or Monday.com. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees. 
  • Experience managing creative projects and requests and familiarity with design, copywriting, UX/UI, and video production roles. 
  • Knowledge of the abilities and limitations of creative production of all kinds 
  • Process-oriented, always looking for ways to streamline 
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations. 

Required Education/ Experience 

  • 2- 4 years of project management experience 
  • 1 - 2 years of experience managing creative projects/ requests preferred
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
