About the Team

Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. As the leader of seller and listing governance in Vietnam, you will be highly data-driven and make strategic decisions regarding sellers performance SLA management, seller onboarding control, product catalog control, product compliance, fulfillment control and all relevant enforcement strategies for Vietnam. The quality of our businesses(sellers) and their products are a critical pillar to ensure our mission of providing high-quality products, fast and convenient fulfillment experience and good seller services.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, cultivate and provide guidance to team members and design career development opportunities for them.

2. Oversight and ensure constant improvements of the important customer experience relevant metrics in Thailand.

3. Create roadmaps to drive governance programs and make strategic decisions that can balance business growth with consumer experiences in Thailand.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, logistics, product, and legal to build trust and partnership.

5. Working with relevant compliance and legal teams, supporting setting Thailand policies around product compliance requirements to ensure the regulatory requirements are met.

6. Act as an escalation point of contact and manage internal communications for Thailand issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce industry, and with strong understanding of e-commerce governance and compliance industry.

2. At least 2 years of people management experience managing a size of 5 or more.

3. Understanding of regulatory trends related to E-Commerce in Thailand market.

4. Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience acting as a program manager and collaborate with XFN teams to drive end results.

2. Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders.

3. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.

4. Great research and investigation skills, able to discover the unknown.

5. Fluent in another language spoken in Southeast Asia is advantageous.
