Position description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will play a key role in the delivery of various exciting projects. Are you getting energized by coordinating business projects, business relationship management and requirement gathering?

Are you committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing landscape? Do you want to be the interface between the business and IT on global and local projects of Flowserve?

Your Role:

• You have several years experience in handling multiple streams (Infra, Cloud, applications, ERP, etc.) for manufacturing companies preferably.
• Your main tasks are coordinating projects, gathering requirements and manage business relationships with your clear communication.
• Requirement, configuration, testing, training and supporting end users as needed.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Documenting and effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Your Profile:

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Technical or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst and a minimum 1 - 2 years of domain experience in any technology (Infra, cloud, servers, ERP, application, etc)
• You have work experience in a complex business implementation leading and managing projects.
• You will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, Dutch is strongly preferred and a third EU-language is a big plus.
• You are able to work 2 days per week onsite in Etten-Leur and willing to travel 10 -20% of the time to other Flowserve plants.
• The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, a master in stakeholder manageament and an expert communicator.
