Job Summary

Lead the formulation and execution of learning management, culture, employee engagement and recognition activities in line with DKSH's people strategy.

General Responsibilities

Learning 

  • Develop and implement a training and development framework and approach, ensuring that it stays relevant to the organization's needs
  • Introduce and implement Fantree Academy training catalogues and programs in line with the global framework and requirements
  • Deliver training modules, where needed
  • Monitor and evaluate the overall implementation of development strategies, communication plans, training modules, trainers, etc., to measure execution effectiveness. Recommend and implement key improvement areas
  • Monitor and evaluate employee post-training effectiveness (e.g. competency gaps closed, application of skills, etc.) to measure country-wide training effectiveness and outcomes
  • Lead and manage training and development projects to enhance country-wide employee learning platforms (e.g. knowledge management databases, e-learning, informal training sessions, etc.)
  • Evaluate and select vendors/trainers (internal and external) to ensure effective and quality execution of training initiatives/programs
  • Lead the interactions with internal stakeholders on development strategies, communication plans, customized development plans and training platforms, etc., to ensure stakeholder needs are met

Culture

  • Drive culture awareness activities in country-wide in align with organization’s strategies
  • Introduce culture elements and People DNA behaviors in new orientation program and leadership skills programs.

Engagement

  • Lead employee lifecycle surveys implementation and improve employee experience in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Develop and execute country employee engagement activities
  • Implement recognition initiatives such as Fantree Award, Long Service Award and other appreciation activities in aligned with HRD and HR Leadership team. #LI-MZ1

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
  • Demonstrate sound application of adult learning theories and best practices
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Education

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
  • Professional certification is an added advantage
