How You'll Shine:

As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will make dream vacations by providing quality results for our guests by using your maintenance skills, customer service expertise and guaranteeing each unit and building is in perfect working order. 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the operations of the building and grounds maintenance department.
  • Communicate with other departments based (i.e. front desk/ housekeeping) on various issues.
  • Ensure overall quality and timeliness of maintenance performed both in-house as well as by contracted services.
  • Ensure compliance of the preventative maintenance procedures within units and building systems.
  • Assist other maintenance technicians as requested.

What You'll Bring:

  • Variety of knowledge in the repair of electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, structural repair and appliance repair.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • HVAC certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours depending on high demands times of year i.e. spring/summer.
  • CPO certification or willingness to obtain is desirable.
  • Physical ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. or more.
  • Extensive lifting of supplies or equipment, walking, reaching, climbing, bending.
