As a Project Finance Analyst for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for supporting Project Manager and/or Project Finance Manager in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project's performance.

This position reports to

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the Tender Manager on financial aspects
• Preparing project invoices, financial accounting, and reporting (including project site accounting)
• Being responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast. Oversees Currency risk project cash flow
• Being responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast
• Providing input to Project Manager in opportunity/risk identification
• Supporting Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews
• Providing input to the Project Manager on claim management, back-charges and insurance cases
• Supporting the Project Manager in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business specific finance directives and instructions

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Financial area or business administration
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management/control or process optimization related work
• Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of business process practices
• Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge on SAP project settings
• Familiar with BI/PBI/other data analyst tool is a plus
