As an International Tax Sr. Analyst at PepsiCo, you will play a critical role in our tax team, assist Sr Tax Manager and Tax Director in various aspects of U.S. international tax compliance.

  • THIS ROLE IS BASED OUT OF OUR PURCHASE, NY HEADQUARTERS, COMING INTO THE OFFICE 3 DAYS A WEEK*

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Subpart F analysis and E&P adjustments for less complicated entities.
  • Prepare U.S. international tax filings, including Form 5471, Form 8858, and Form 8868, ensuring their accurate and timely submission.
  • Prepare the necessary disclosure statements under Sections 367, 351, and 368 for tax return filing.
  • Assist in the preparation of U.S. international tax provisions for the quarterly forecasts.
  • Assist in various planning projects to enhance the company's tax position.
  • Prepare the CTB election filings and coordinate with planners.
  • Assist with state and local tax filings and state tax audits.
  • Assist with the responses for IRS tax audit Information Document Requests (IDRs), covering topics such as Transition Tax, Earnings and Profits (E&P), FDII, and GILTI.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
  • 2 + years of experience in international tax compliance and analysis within a large public accounting firm OR equivalent industry experience in a corporate multinational tax department
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax compliance software.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A commitment to ethical and compliant tax practices.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's or CPA preferred
  • Knowledge of Corptax, HFM or SAP software preferred
  • Power BI/Power Query, or Alteryx skills a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $79,800 - $133,450 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
