Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead with Device Testing and Gaming Industry Experience

In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle. You will coordinate with stakeholders and conduct test workshop to convert the requirement specifications into test requirements and create test strategy. You will create test assurance plans, strategy and identify the components for failover, system recovery and collaborate with all the teams to meet our clients’ business needs. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New York City, NY or willing to relocate to the area.

Should be ready to work at NY client Office (Time square, NY) for all 5 days

• 4 years of experience in testing Gaming Industry experience with hands on Test strategies, Plan, execution on device testing.
• Should possess hands on skills in designing and executing complex SQL queries
• Perform test planning activities such as writing test plan, test cases, test reports, status reports, and project related activities.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have Gaming Industry experience with hands on Test strategies, Plan, execution on device testing.
• Having good knowledge of the Android Platform.
• Working Exp of ADB/CMD commands and scripting
• Good Knowledge of API Testing with debugging skill.
• Knowledge of Client-Server Model.
• Knowledge of Front End and Back End Testing.
• Good Hands-on with prevalent Test Management & Defect Tracking Tools
• Good work Exp. in Agile Methodology.
• Can work closely with Dev, provide & analyze the error logs and understand the technical terminology.
• Candidate must be confident, focused, individual contributor and very good in communication.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
• Experience and desire to work in a team with multiple stakeholders and Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
