About the role :
- In this role, you will be responsible for building platform products in the domain of Loans and Credit cards. Specifically, you will be building deep capabilities in Cards stack, LMS, Collections, Co-lending, and Underwriting, with a goal of supporting multiple consumer products.
- You will be expected to build systems for scale, high reliability and high velocity where requirements from different stakeholders like business, risk, operations, finance, etc can be serviced with fast turnaround times.
- You will be responsible for crafting the product strategy in your area and completely own the short term and long term product roadmap
- You will be expected to either possess or quickly develop subject matter expertise and have knowledge of best practices in the industry along with new technologies being adopted.
- You will also be responsible for improving customer experience by adding core product capabilities that our customers need and by improving the customer lifecycle management stack
Roles and responsibilities:
- You will have to layout clear action plans , align yourself to org OKRs and derive meaningful (Consumer) products/features in stipulated deadlines.
- You will also be responsible for execution - delivering key projects end to end and demonstrating impact on the key metrics
- You will Identify impact drivers , be highly analytical in nature to track , measure the matric and closely work with stakeholders to define short term & long term product plans.
- You will be responsible to mentor a team of 2 -3 Product Managers at PM-II/PM-I/APM level
What you need :
- You have Minimum of 4 Years of Core Product Management experience
- You should have proven track record of launching /scaling different User Centric Products from 0 - 1, 1 - 10 Journey's
- As a Sr PM in the startup, you need to hustle and have a clear understanding of measures and keep a balance between Process Vs Execution, Data Vs Intuition.
- Demonstrated good understanding and application exposure of UX, UI, User thinking in real life scenarios and have deep understanding of User Psychology, emotional triggers of the end users to build deep engaging products
- Have demonstrated experience of delivering products with strict deadlines along with being Data Driven, Customer Obsessed.
