Overview:

2020 Companies is searching for part time Brand Ambassadors to join our Shared Services team.

This position will be responsible for increasing sales and brand awareness at retail locations in and around the area of residing, promoting and training on specific products and/or services. Brand Ambassadors may also ensure the retailer is merchandised to brand standards. Additionally, this role will administer approved training and sales tactics along with building and maintaining partnerships with retail personnel and store leadership.

Job Description:

As a per requested need (PRN) part-time employee, your hours will vary week to week to work assignments in your market. Your work hours and work location may vary from week to week, occasional weekends and/or holidays based on store/client requirements as needed.

• Responsible for increasing sales and brand awareness at retail locations
• Promote and train on specific products and/or services
• Ensure the retailer is merchandised to brand standards
• Administer approved training and sales tactics
• Build and maintain partnerships with retail personnel and store leadership

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged time standing, up to 8 hours
• Ability to walk, bend, twist, squat, and climb, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Lift 25 to 50 pounds from floor to eye level depending on work assignment

Qualifications:

• Six (6)+ months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred
• Must have a smart wireless device to be used for job acceptance, scheduling, and reporting
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to submit to background and drug check
• Ability to perform independently and multi-task in a fast paced, unstructured/team work environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Capable and willing to interact with consumers
• Able and willing to follow required PPE based on local laws and retailer requirements
• Applicant must pass assisted sales and training knowledge assessment
