Responsibilities
- Expertise in writing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports
- Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ServiceNow security and access controls
Requirements
- More than 6 years of exp. in application development on ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field ; or equivalent related professional experience
- Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Proven team player and team builder
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in Travel or Software
