Responsibilities:

1. 原画を元に、パーツと色使いがプロジェクトのクオリティー基準に満す高中低モデルを制作していただきます；

2. データをエンジンに実装し、質感を調整・テクスチャーを制作し、ゲーム内の最終効果をチェックしていただきます。

3. レンダリングが必要な素材に、ライティングと質感調整を行い、３Dレンダリングツールを使ってレンダリングを行なっていただきます。

4. 会社内部と外部のリソースを管理し、アウトソーシング管理とクオリティーチェックを行なっていただきます。

1. 根据原画制作高中低模型，结构及颜色都紧跟项目品质要求；

2. 资源导入引擎进行调试材质球及贴图绘制并在游戏里验收最终效果；

3. 对渲染需求素材进行打光和适配材质，使用3D渲染器进行渲染；

4. 协调内外部资源，跟进外包制作和品质意见反馈输出。

1. Make different level of models(normal、upgrade & high-grade) according to the key-animetor, make sure the quality of the products(structure、color etc.) are measured up.

2. Import the resources in engines，ensure the debug results(texture & materials) are qualified，then control the final effects in game.

3. Use 3D renderer to render the color and texture of materials.

4. Coordinate internal and external resources; follow up with outsourcing production and provide feedbacks

Requirements:

1. アート関連の専門を卒業し、5年以上の実務経験がある方；

2. Unrealエンジンに詳しい、キャラクターの高低モデル制作、質感調整、3Dレンダリングソフトと技術を使い熟し、テクスチャーが描ける方；

3. Max、Maya、Zbrush、Photoshop、Substance Painterなどのツールに詳しい方；

4. アウトソーシング管理の経験があり、計画の設定・進捗管理・クオリティーチェック・メンバーの能力を開花させる経験がある方；

5. 原画への理解が深く、モデリングの再現度が高い方；

6. コミュニケーション能力が高い、チームワークができる、技術への探究精神と新しい技術を習得し・仕事に応用したいという思いが強い方。

1. 美术专业毕业，5年以上相关工作经验；

2. 熟悉Unreal引擎的使用，精通角色高低模制作、材质调试、能熟练掌握3D渲染软件及技术应用、贴图手绘能力强；

3. 精通Max、Maya、Zbrush、Photoshop、Substance Painter等软件；

4. 有外包管理经验包括制定计划、进度过程跟进、品质反馈及引导培养能力；

5. 对原画理解到位、模型还原精准；

6. 擅长沟通表达，能主动融入团队，有技术研究精神能时时对新知识技术能保持强烈的学习愿望并应用于工作上。

1. Graduated from art major, more than 5 years relevant work experience;

2. Familiar with the use of the Unreal engine, proficient in character high and low model production, material debugging, proficient in 3D rendering software and technical applications, and strong hand-painted textures;

3. Proficient in Max, Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter and other software;

4. Have experience in outsourcing management, including planning, progress follow-up, quality feedback and guidance and training capabilities;

5. Have a good understanding of the original painting and restore the model accurately;

6. Good at communication and expression, can actively integrate into the team, have the spirit of technical research, and can always maintain a strong desire to learn new knowledge and technology and apply it to work.
