The position of Sr. Director, Contract Management Office, will lead a team of procurement and contracting professionals overseeing a high-volume contracting operation and will play a fundamental role in architecting and advancing the next phase of our contract management office lifecycle journey.

Over the past two years, in partnership with the Legal, Compliance, Security, and Privacy teams, for Professional Service, Software, Construction, and Marketing agreement requests, we have centralized and automated contract intake, drove adherence to standard terms, and released new policies. We next intend to expand the program to cover additional Comcast buying categories creating an integrated request, contacting and management experience by:

  • Simplifying and integrating the contracting ecosystem
  • Leveraging intelligence-powered supplier segmentation rules engines
  • Integrating supplier risk methodologies and assessment repositories
  • Simplifying contract authoring by expanding use of clause libraries
  • Proactive agreement refresh management
  • Expanding obligations and compliance management

The Contract Management Office is a key enabler to product and project delivery and is designed to balance a customer experience and a delivery mindset with necessary due diligence, risk mitigation and contracting expectations.

Once the program is fully implemented and the expected results are achieved, we will look to expand to other Comcast geographies and entities like NBCU and Sky.
