Ascent Lounge Omakase Server

Full Time

The Omakase Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Server provides an elevated dining experience on our Omakase pop-up, conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Servers ensure that all food and beverage items are presented to our guests to exacting standards.

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service, has experience in high-end restaurants, and bespoke private dining experience. Wine knowledge is required (WSET).
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
• Conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. 
• The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required.
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the resort's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
• The server is also required to perform additional side duties.
• Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.
• The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• High School or college degree preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a luxury hotel
• Fluent English
• Food and beverage knowledge
• Previous food & beverage serving experience
• Experience in a luxury hotel preferred
• Strong commitment to service
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
