Job Title: Regional Technical Project Manager

Purpose of Role: Lead all technical aspects of greenfield and brownfield solutions contract-managed projects in NATCA, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timing. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver maximum benefit to the company and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completion of projects within defined budget, timing, and quality standards, overseeing technical execution from handover to project close.
  • Utilize WEIR METCA project management tools, reporting project progress to regional manager via regular meetings.
  • Manage engineering subcontractors, conducting risk analysis prior to project completion, and arranging customer technical meetings, fostering transparent communication within the METCA team.
  • Provide support and backup during workload peaks or understaffing, collaborating with engineering team to identify efficient solutions and conducting technical follow-up from kick-off to commissioning.
  • Elaborate project execution plans, ensure compliance with department quality and SOP standards, coordinate works list, and develop project technical documentation structure, communicating with specialists within the company to improve design quality.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial, Process). Master’s degree preferable.
  • 3 to 10 years of technical project management experience in multinational companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, MS Office, and engineering software.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to develop and maintain project management principles.
  • PMP certification preferable.
  • Ready to travel within METCA and abroad.
