Your mission

We are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to join our Finance team and be fully responsible for undertaking all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecast preparation. You will be reporting directly to the CFO and will be in charge of:

• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances, structuring and monitoring business KPIs;
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance;
• Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;
• Leading and delivering on Digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining;
• Supporting team members in upskilling and providing relevant training to the junior financial controller;
• Strict adherence to deadlines/deliverables, while balancing the need for accuracy and efficiency throughout all aspects of the work.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an FP&A or in a similar role;
• Experience in the SaaS industry;
• Excellent accounting software user skills, such as SAP and Oracle;
• Deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
• Full professional proficiency in Italian and English;
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;
• Management skills (coordinate jr controller and also interact with executives and the headquarters);
• A degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Accounting is welcome.

• Experience with BI applications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
• Additional languages are more than welcome.
