Job Summary:
The Center for Professional Development in Career and Technical Education in the College of Education and Human Development is a grant-funded program charged with delivering field-based teacher education programming in a specialized setting.
Reporting to the Center Executive Director, the Assistant Director of Data Management and Evaluation
oversees all aspects of quality assurance, data management, and evaluation of the CTE center. This position often presents that data to internal and external collaborators. This includes working with the College of Education and Human Development and Temple University to ensure the quality and accuracy of data. This position is responsible for developing, distributing, and collecting surveys, evaluations, and data, as well as semester course scheduling, Act 48 materials, and center publications.
In addition, this position works closely with CTE teacher certification to assist with new teacher onboarding, testing, and communications, as well as assisting with maintaining the active student spreadsheet. Also, this position works closely with the Center's Executive Director to determine data needs, analyze various data sources, provide research support, and address Center concerns.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions of Position:
Required Education & Experience:
BS in technical area: information management, business administration, statistics, education, or related area. At least four (4) years of related work experience with data management systems and evaluation in educational/workforce environments. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
