About the opportunity

We're in search of a self-driven People Technology Specialist proficient in Workday, to bolster support for foodpanda APAC. This role will be situated in either Malaysia or the Philippines and will integrate into our regional technology team.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of foodpanda’s People Technology team, you will provide support on Workday-related inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate with People team across all foodpanda markets to deep dive to analyze, evaluate, and define user requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Global People Technology team to ensure timely and quality delivery of Workday change requests and implementation of new features for foodpanda..
  • Design and implement business processes based on requirements and Workday system best practices
  • Provide Workday enablement for the People team and employees (eg. training, documentation)

What you need to be successful

  • You must bring at least 2-5 years working experience of People Technology, project management experience is preferred.
  • You are quality-driven and a fast learner and have superior attention to detail.
  • You are known for your incredible time management and problem-solving skills.
  • You show an ability to work independently, swiftly, and effectively prioritize work.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You ideally worked already with ticketing systems like JIRA or similar.
  • You ideally worked already with knowledge base systems like Confluence or similar.
  • You are characterized by discretion, initiative, team spirit, and flexibility, plus you are self-organized and like to take ownership of assigned tasks.
