ABOUT THIS ROLE
Zogo is currently seeking a focused, highly-motivated, full-time Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. Zogo has reached over 250+ partnerships because of our fast-paced, team-oriented attitude. We don’t set goals to meet them, we set goals to exceed them. This role will focus primarily on sales closing and play a critical role in executing Zogo's 2023 revenue and partnerships goals.
Zogo is looking for candidates who strive to set themselves apart from their peers and will play a critical role in a fast-growing, fintech start-up. We are scrappy, agile, and excited to add a like minded, key player to our team.
The Enterprise Account Manager role will be critical for onboarding and maintaining enterprise accounts, and ensuring that enterprise clientele are on track to renew. Individuals in this role will also be responsible for coordinating with Sales team members around new client information, and pre-sale conversations. Enterprise Account Managers will oversee every step of the enterprise client journey, from onboarding, to establishing KPI’s, creating upsell opportunities, QBR’s and preliminary renewal discussions.
