The Marketing Automation specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud) to streamline campaigns, improve lead nurturing, increase marketing ROI, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's marketing automation platforms including onboarding new users, system configuration, integrations, reporting, and training.
  • Design and build automated, data-driven marketing campaigns including email nurture streams, lead scoring programs, dynamic content, forms, and landing pages.
  • Develop segmentation strategies and create targeted audiences based on behaviors, demographics, firmographics, etc.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights that optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, lead conversion, and ROI.
  • Ensure all customer data is integrated accurately across marketing automation, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), website, and other marketing tools. 
  • Collaborate with developers on integration projects to pass data between systems.
  • Document data-driven marketing automation processes and train marketing stakeholders on using the platform.
  • Keep up-to-date on marketing automation best practices and new platform features/capabilities.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or an equivalent level of work experience.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a data-driven marketing automation role, preferably with enterprise-level platforms
  • 2-4 years experience with lead nurturing, database segmentation, email marketing, campaign management 
  • 2-4 years' Analyzing and interpreting campaign data to drive improvements, including working with Excel and other data analytics tools.

Nice to have:

  • Technical skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
