As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality and reliability of our software products on the Retail Hub platform. This platform serves as a comprehensive portal that empowers our retailers to deliver exceptional customer experiences using cutting-edge tools and technologies.

What's in it for you:

We're looking for a talented Senior QA Engineer with a front-end focus and proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, and Node.js to join our innovative team in Stockholm. In this role, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of our front-end software products by applying rigorous testing methodologies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to establish front-end testing strategies, automate front-end test cases, and monitor front-end performance metrics.

Your significant contributions as a Senior QA Engineer will enhance the quality and reliability of our software products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll devise and execute testing strategies, automate test cases, and monitor performance metrics. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of our applications and the overall user experience.

What you’ll do:

You will develop comprehensive testing strategies for web applications, APIs, and microservices. You'll write unit tests, end-to-end tests, and component tests to validate software functionality and performance. You'll monitor service-level indicators (SLIs) and service-level objectives (SLOs) to maintain high service reliability. In addition, you'll implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment processes, and maintain testing environments, test data, and test infrastructure.

You also have:

The responsibility to collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, prioritize bug fixes, and ensure timely resolution. You're also tasked with analyzing test results, tracking test coverage, and generating test reports.

What you’ll bring:

You have proven experience as a QA Engineer and are proficient in Javascript, Typescript, and Node.js. You're familiar with software testing methodologies, test automation frameworks like Cypress or Playwright, and have excellent SLI/SLO understanding. Experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM) tools, preferably Elastic, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines are a must.
