Overview: To support the set-up and delivery of retail projects and programmes from initial feasibility stage through to design, procurement, construction, and successful handover. You will be a project manager representing the end user client, taking the proactive actions in managing and coordinating all stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Individual project values up to US$6m and over.

Overseeing construction engineering, planning and construction management for CSA and MEP systems in support of the success of the project. Construction &Engineering Lead is responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of CSA, Mechanical (Including Cleanroom), Electrical (including Instrumentation & Control), and Process (Including Gas, Chemical, Water/Waste) systems and BIM integration in construction projects.
The candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' working experience consisting of 10 years' experience in construction with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role as a Construction Manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. He or she will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of CSA and MEP systems and be able to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders. The Construction &Engineering Lead must be a team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
