Your Opportunity
- EverC is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer for a one-year position, offering a unique opportunity to lead the design of EverC's innovative products. You will have a massive impact on product and business goals. You'll handle a multitude of tasks, including conducting UX research, understanding customer pain points, crafting prototypes, and iterating on designs.
About The Role
- Make data-driven decisions while incorporating in-depth UX research best practices
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Map possible scenarios and create detailed product flows and look & feel.
- Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within a dynamic and fast-paced team
- Work closely with product managers, Analysts, developers, and QA to suggest improvements in products and processes.
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and initiate innovative ideas.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product designer, simplifying complex SaaS B2B platforms.
- Experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Experience with collaborating closely with R&D and product managers.
- Mastery of Figma and other design tools.
- You can be a one-man/woman show - be independent and initiate in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- High level of written and spoken English
