We are seeking an experienced Industry Manager to lead a sales team in Hoboken, Bentonville or Chicago, for MAP's monetization strategy within the general merchandise category. You will report to the Head of Sales and manage 20 sales professionals. You will be strategic and collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for your clients and your teams. You will have managed/scaled businesses in the general merchandise verticals and have the capability to manage and motivate a high-performing team. You will have management experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as direct response, search, branding, integrated sponsorships, and display advertising. Additionally, you will have experience working within a matrix organization and consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders.
