Your Job

As an Account Manager for the BMW Group you will lead effort to represent the Connected Mobility Solutions Business Unit at BMW. You will work to develop the external and internal relationships that identify profitable growth at BMW.

What You Will Do

  • Be the expert of assigned OEM account (BMW) having knowledge of Connected Mobile Technologies, products, organizations, process, etc…), represent CMS in front of the customer
  • Act as CMS Business unit representative. Be the voice of the customer
  • Conduct Sales processes for the Segment
  • Build relationship with OEM CMS core team, especially Procurement, Quality, R&D
  • Filter out real opportunities and trends, work with Product Management to create opportunities to be won
  • Collect business information from BMW for Connected Mobile solutions - Technical Requirements/Specifications/Design Trends and Market trends. Analyze relative information, develop together with Product Management new development opportunities
  • Create strategy in terms of CMS revenue and profit growth, lead the team to achieve the goal
  • Ensure Molex advanced technology and products being introduced and accepted by OEM to generate more opportunities, taking necessary actions to secure a Molex existing business
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Technical area of study (Engineering preferred)
  • Familiar with connected mobile business (basic knowledge, OEM requirement)
  • Strong business/market sense and negotiation skills to achieve business goal/solve problem for win-win scenario.
  • Strong analytic and executive ability with clear strategic direction, able to lead team to create plan and implement with positive result
  • English Communication skill by which can express the opinions and facts accurately to Internally/Externally
  • Experience dealing with BMW

What Will Put You Ahead

  • SAP
  • Commercial experience with Cost Analysis and Quote Development
  • Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Master Degree
  • Willingness to travel ( less than 20%)
