Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Key Tasks and Accountabilities:
- Lead daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency goals.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery.
- Mentor, train, and motivate production staff for peak performance.
- Enforce safety standards to uphold a secure work environment.
- Manage inventory levels in coordination with the procurement team.
- Analyze production data and propose enhancements for productivity and cost reduction.
What we look for in a Production Supervisor
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
- Able to work under pressure and deliver results to a defined deadline
- Logical and analytical
- Enthusiastic, energetic with self initiative
- Mechanical qualification in relevant discipline.

Shift Pattern/Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day and two paid 15 minutes breaks per day.
Mon – Thur 8.5hour working day.
Fri 3.5 working day.
A total of 37.5 hours per week.
