HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Senior Marketing Manager (North America) will work cross-functionally to lead and support day-to-day development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns for Oregon Tool products and brands. The Senior Marketing Manager will drive product adoption, customer growth and brand awareness through their assigned channels. The ideal candidate is highly-collaborative with a strategic mindset, strong creative point-of-view, and deep passion for outdoor products and power tools. They demonstrate a deep understanding of customers, product portfolio, strong business acumen, and ability to handle conflicting priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED TRAVEL: 20-30% customer travel within US & Canada per year (up to two weeks' in duration)

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Oregon Tool, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 to $155,000.
