Job Description

The Senior Client Service and Sales Executive is responsible for executing client support-related activities including clients’ training processes, promoting and selling Business effective solutions among existing clients in Baltics, Canada, USA and West Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide actionable recommendations and analytical insights on how to use Business effective solutions to resolve clients' business challenges and develop client's business
  • Client servicing and developing using the insights from BES solutions
  • Deliver timely and accurate services to clients and ensure the services provided meet clients' business needs and specifications as well as the company's quality standards
  • Proactively develop client relationships and understand clients' business and information needs
  • Actively attract current client's attention to existing services
  • Maintain both external and internal business correspondence (communications, contracts, proposals, etc.)
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve client inquiries related to set up, solutions, methodology, and other key aspects that impact client deliverables
  • Proactively seeking upsell growth opportunities and launching BES solutions in USA/West Europe

You feel comfortable working with different stakeholders and presenting cloud-based solutions. Building relationships with others comes naturally to you. You enjoy selling and negotiation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Business / Economics/ Management, Marketing - preferably
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational skills
  • Experience connected with service sales, services in B2B, FMCG, is key
  • Successful negotiation experience is an advantage
  • Strong goal-oriented and leadership potential
  • Proactive, with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Enjoy developing client relationships, giving high priority to client satisfaction
  • English – must have, other languages are appreciated
  • Time management skills and prioritization ability
