About this opportunity 

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for Iberia in line with company strategy in order to deliver the objectives. You will report into the Spanish Marketing Director and be based in Madrid, Spain, with regular travel within the market and to the EMEA HQ in Switzerland. 

In this role, you will… 

  • Proactively represent the country and our customers providing insights and analytics for new product & global strategy development 
  • Be the voice of the brands and product portfolio at customer level and Support the sales team 
  • Focus on end-to-end excellence for the products and have the ability to see the big picture for opportunities 
  • Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing plan 
  • Build KOL network (speakers, key customers, institutions) & relationship maintenance to support execution of the plan 
  • Develop country market insights and analytics to successfully execute country market plans 
  • Drive and own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to drive and execute the marketing plan 
  • Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan 
  • Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to support business growth 
  • Work cross-functionally with the regional and local marketing team members; in developing an idea and gaining support from all stakeholders 
  • Train and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including development of training collateral 

In this role, you’ll need … 

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing and/or communication management preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical industry or consumer goods 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and communication skills 
  • Fluent in spanish and English
